These custom metal mounting plates are precision-manufactured from DC01 cold rolled carbon steel via full progressive stamping process, widely applied for cabinet hardware, electrical fitting, equipment mounting, lock housing & fixture assembly. All dimensional tolerances, hole positions and surface finishes can be fully customized per customer drawings & samples.

Full Production Process
1. Blanking (Blank Cutting)
Cut raw steel coil into standard flat blanks with precise outline, eliminate material waste for high-volume production.
2. Forming / Deep Drawing
Carry out bending, stamping and deep draw shaping to create raised housing, recess structure and three-dimensional profiles as required.
3. Punching
Precision punch mounting holes, central large round hole, positioning holes and special shaped cutouts (oval cutout shown on lock plate) with consistent hole diameter & spacing.
4. Tapping (Thread Forming)
Internal thread tapping for fastener assembly, match standard screw specifications for stable bolt mounting.
5. Surface Treatment: Color Zinc Plating / Galvanization
Electro-galvanized finish forms uniform anti-rust protective layer on steel surface, provides good corrosion resistance, long service life for indoor & mild outdoor usage. Silver galvanized / powder white coating options are also available as alternative surface finishes.
