Main function of the device
◆ The pressure welding main machine is a single-cylinder four-column hydraulic press. The pressure of the hydraulic press is steplessly adjustable, which is convenient for selecting the best welding pressure.
◆ The hydraulic station adopts the latest dual servo motor system, which greatly improves the hydraulic action speed and saves energy.
◆ The welding power source adopts three-phase AC power input, which is inverted by the inverter controller into a single-phase AC power supply output and provides welding current after being stepped down by a single-phase welding transformer. The welding power supply has significant energy saving features. No special capacitor compensation is required.
◆ The crossbar (twisted steel) is automatically aligned and automatically servo fed.
◆ The flat steel adopts the latest servo feed, and the reserved head size of the original plate is set automatically and intelligently.
◆ Automatically weld two crossbars at a time, and the two crossbars are spaced apart.
◆ The equipment has a dedicated online leveling double hydraulic beam. After welding, the original plate has good flatness (not affected by the spacing of the twisted steel).
◆ The console has two options: manual and automatic.
◆ Welding parameters can be set in multiple stages, and various parameters are intelligently set and digitally displayed.
◆ The wire drawing mechanism adopts high-power servo motor and linear ball guide, which has the characteristics of high precision and high efficiency.
